Privacy Policy — TWDH Client Portal

The TWDH Client Portal (the “App”) is provided by The Web Design Hub (“we,” “us,” “our”) for use by our existing clients. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, phone number and company, which we use to set up and manage your client account. Client accounts are created by The Web Design Hub for our clients (there is no public self-signup).
- Content you provide — files you upload, messages, support tickets, change requests, and approvals you submit through the App.
- Push notification token — a device token from Apple, used only to deliver notifications about your projects, invoices and support.
- Payment information — when you pay an invoice or financing installment, your card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Usage necessary to operate the App — standard technical information required to keep you signed in and load your data.
How we use your information
- To provide the client portal — your projects, tasks, approvals, invoices, proposals, files, support and notifications.
- To process payments you initiate.
- To send you notifications you’ve allowed.
- To provide support and communicate with you about your work.
How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the App:
- Stripe — to process payments (stripe.com/privacy).
- Apple Push Notification service — to deliver notifications.
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Your login session is stored securely on your device, and you can optionally require Face ID / Touch ID to open the App.
Data retention & deletion
We retain your information while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing us at the address below. We’ll process the request and confirm by email. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
Children
The App is intended for business use by our clients and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
