I. Privacy Policy

We will never share your information with third parties unless required by law or requested by you.

II. Ownership of Website Design

Upon completion and payment, the client owns the commissioned website. The client may not resell the design to others.

III. Ownership of Website Domain Name

Domain names registered in the client's name. Renewal fees are the client's responsibility.

IV. Ownership and Copyright

All client-provided content must be owned or licensed by the client. TWDH cannot be held responsible for IP infringements.

V. Project Initiation

Requires a signed form, 50% of initial fees, and any required design elements.

VI. Ten Business Day Guarantee

TWDH submits an initial mockup within 10 business days or the client receives a $100 discount.

VII. Project Timeliness

Clients who provide all content within 10 days receive a $50 discount. Delays beyond 30 days may incur daily fees.

VIII. How Content May Be Submitted

All content must be submitted through our Project Management Platform with pages clearly labeled.

IX. How Revisions Are Handled

Initial minor modifications are free. Changes outside the original contract are billed at $75/hr.

X. Designs for Sub Pages

Sub pages use the same design as the home page unless otherwise specified.

XI. Website Maintenance

Maintenance plan clients receive discounts and routine updates completed in 3-4 business days.

XII. Technical Support

Clients hosted by TWDH have 24/7 emergency technical support access.

XIII. Payment Policies

50% due on initiation; remaining balance due within 5 business days of completion. Late fee of 10% applies.

XIV. Billing Errors

Report billing errors immediately. Refunds processed within 14 business days.

XV. Search Engine Guarantee

TWDH guarantees SEO-friendly techniques in each build. Cannot guarantee search engine rankings.

XVI. SEO & Marketing Plans

Marketing plans require a 3-month minimum. Month-to-month after that with 45-day written cancellation notice.

XVII. Quality Guarantee

Clients must regularly test their website functionality and report any issues immediately.

XVIII. Dormant or Dead Project Storage Fees

Projects with no activity may be classified as dormant and charged $25/day. After 14 days they are permanently deleted.

• Dormant: No progress for a specified period.
• Dead: Explicitly abandoned or deemed unfeasible.
• Fee: $25/day from date of classification.
• Deletion: Permanent after 14 days.
• Unpaid fees forwarded to collections after 30 days.

XIX. Termination of Services

Termination during design phase incurs fees for work completed. All cancellations must be in writing.

XX. Third Party Vendors

TWDH cannot be held liable for third-party vendor disputes or service quality.

XXI. Refusal of Service

TWDH reserves the right to decline business with any client for any reason.

XXII. Changes to Terms of Service

TWDH reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
