Job description
We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to own and lead social media strategy across multiple brands and clients. This role goes beyond posting — you’ll be responsible for strategy, planning, performance, and growth, ensuring social channels support brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You’ll work closely with leadership, designers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns that convert attention into results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies
- Manage and grow multiple brand accounts across platforms
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
- Oversee content creation (posts, captions, reels, short-form video)
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Monitor analytics, KPIs, and ROI across platforms
- Optimize content based on performance data
- Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, reviews)
- Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm updates
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and contractors
- Prepare monthly performance reports for clients or leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing social media for brands or agencies
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
- Proven track record of growing accounts and engagement
- Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts simultaneously
- Excellent written communication and brand storytelling skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
