Using the [twdh_quote_form] Shortcode

Basic Usage

[twdh_quote_form]

Renders your quote request form using default settings from Settings → Quote Request Form.

Parameters

title	Get a Free Quote	Heading shown above the form
button_text	Send My Request	Submit button label
success_message	Thanks! We'll be in touch shortly.	Message shown after submission
services	(from settings)	Comma-separated list of services for the dropdown (Pro)
show_budget	false	Show budget range field (Pro)
show_file	false	Allow file attachment (Pro)
class		Additional CSS class on the form wrapper
