Getting Started with the Job Listings Plugin

Overview

TWDH Job Listings creates a custom post type for open positions. Each job listing supports location, job type, salary, and an apply URL. All listings output JobPosting JSON-LD schema, making them eligible to appear in Google Jobs search results.

Installation

1. Download the ZIP from the plugin page.
2. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload, and activate.

Adding a Job Listing

1. Go to Job Listings → Add New.
2. Enter the job title as the post title.
3. Write the full job description in the content editor.
4. Fill in sidebar fields: Location, Job Type (Full-time, Part-time, Remote), Salary Range, Apply URL.
5. Set Date Posted and Valid Through (for schema accuracy).
6. Publish the listing.
