Getting Started with the Appointment Booking Plugin

Overview

TWDH Appointment Booking lets your clients book appointments directly from your site. You configure your available days, time slots, and services. The plugin handles slot management, sends confirmation emails, and gives you an admin dashboard to manage all bookings.

Installation

1. Download the ZIP from the plugin page.
2. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload, and activate.

Configuration

1. Go to Settings → Appointment Booking.
2. Set your slot duration (15, 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes).
3. Set your available days of the week and daily start and end times.
4. Add your services (each service appears in the form's service dropdown).
5. Enter your notification email (where booking alerts are sent).
6. Customize your confirmation email message to the client.
7. Save.

Embedding the Form

Place [twdh_booking_form] on any page. See the Shortcode Reference for all options.
