Using the [twdh_booking_form] Shortcode

Basic Usage

[twdh_booking_form]

Renders the full appointment booking form using settings from Settings → Appointment Booking.

Parameters

Parameter	Default	Description
service		Pre-select a specific service slug (skips service selector step)
staff		Pre-select a specific staff member slug (Pro)
show_service_selector	true	Show or hide the service dropdown
title	Book an Appointment	Heading displayed above the booking form
success_message	Your appointment is confirmed!	Text shown after a successful booking
class		Additional CSS class on the form wrapper
