Overview

TWDH PDF Quote Generator works alongside the TWDH Quote Request Form plugin to let you generate a branded, print-ready PDF quote for any submission. The PDF includes your logo, company details, line items, totals, and your custom footer notes.

Requirements

  • TWDH Quote Request Form plugin installed and active
  • PHP 7.4+ with the mbstring extension

Installation

  1. Download the ZIP from the plugin page.
  2. Go to Plugins โ†’ Add New โ†’ Upload Plugin, upload, and activate.

Configuration

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ PDF Quote Generator.
  2. Upload your company logo.
  3. Enter your company name, address, email, and phone.
  4. Set your accent color (used in headings and borders).
  5. Set a quote validity period (e.g., "Valid for 30 days").
  6. Add an optional custom footer note (e.g., payment terms).
  7. Save.

Generating a PDF

In your WordPress admin, go to Quote Submissions, open a submission, and click Generate PDF Quote. The PDF downloads immediately.
